Walmart at 1555 North Rand Road, Palatine, Illinois.

This place has the worse customer service ever. From upper management on down the cashiers. The assistant manager Adaly has the worse attitude ever. She's very rude and disrespectful. The store manager is definitely no better. I will never shop here again. Im going to Target. I wish I could give zero stars

WOW!!!! I don't even know where to start. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because I DIDN'T GET MURDERED. I save 1 star reviews specifically for places where I DO GET MURDERED! Luckily I've only had to deploy a few of them over the years.

The layout of this store is like if a drunk idiot took scissors to a jigsaw puzzle and cut each piece to make it fit together however the hell he wanted. It doesn't even make sense. There is no sense of spacing whatsoever. Once second you're looking at futons and then next thing you know you're getting trampled by an angry mother of 3 trying to pack as many Eggo waffles into her cart as possible at top speed.

Because of the poor spacing and completely senseless layout, all of the shoppers are stressed and irritated. Seriously, everybody hates each other when they shop here. It's not fun.
