Called and asked for some scheduling details before dropping off on an appointment which is anytime on Tuesday as we need to pick up Thursday before heading out of town for a competition. Bonnie at the shop was extremely rude and impatient. At the second call seconds after my 1st inquiry. While not necessary, I apologized for forgetting to ask an important question on when on Thursday I can expect to pick up, as we will be heading out of town. This is her response word by word,

"I am very busy. Everytime you call, you interrupted my work. Just DROP IT OFF and I will let you know"........and she did it twice with attitude.

I am taking my business elsewhere.....and make our music school aware of the lack of service at this establishment. This is not a review of the repair, but service at the establishment.
